Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform, ensuring all interactions are client-centered and focused on achieving therapeutic goals.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at fostering mental and emotional well-being.

• Implement various therapeutic methodologies, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with Nevada's licensure requirements and clinic policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to coordinate care, ensuring clients receive holistic support and resources necessary for their recovery.

• Participate in remote supervision sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training programs to enhance your clinical skills and ensure best practices in therapy delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
