Payments Digital & Design FX Product Manager VP

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of product management experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycles, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life-cycle work, including discovery, ideation, strategy, requirements definition, and value management
• Understanding of systems development methods and experience coordinating business partners, technology teams, subject matter experts, UI design, QA, UAT, and other participants in end-to-end delivery
• Knowledge of FX electronic banking products and systems
• Self-directed approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Relationship-management skills, including the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills

• Own and maintain a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and product value proposition
• Define an FX product strategy and vision focused on customer value
• Lead discovery and market research to identify customer needs and incorporate solutions into the roadmap
• Establish and monitor product success measures, including cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Support incident response and coordinate product communications during production outages
• Use sound judgment to mitigate risk, escalate control concerns, and identify practical solutions
• Contribute to an effective and efficient control environment
• Promote a security-first mindset through coaching and mentorship, and encourage team development
• Communicate clearly to build shared understanding
• Strengthen relationships and collaboration through a one-team approach
