Make a meaningful impact supporting students from ages 3 to 21 in a dynamic educational setting. This contract opportunity offers both part-time and full-time schedules (with full-time availability preferred), extending through the 2026-2027 school year. You’ll partner with a diverse team to provide essential psychological services tailored to a variety of students’ needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid Rhode Island School Psychologist certification (RIDE 5403)
• Experience conducting student assessments and evaluations
• Strong collaborative skills, working effectively with teachers, administration, families, and service teams
• Ability to provide direct counseling, behavioral support, and develop interventions
• Capacity to collect and analyze data, assist with IEP development and eligibility determination

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students, informing individualized education plans
• Support IEP development and eligibility determinations by supplying relevant documentation and expertise
• Deliver counseling and behavioral interventions to support student well-being and academic growth
• Engage in collaborative problem-solving with educators, related service providers, and families
• Contribute to student intervention planning, progress monitoring, and data collection
• Offer crisis intervention and consultation services as needed within school programs
