Company Description AHPL (Animal Health Pathology Lab) is West Bengal’s government-registered animal pathology laboratory, providing accurate, species-specific diagnostics for more than a decade. The lab supports the health of household pets, livestock, and poultry with veterinary-grade diagnostic services trusted by leading veterinarians and institutions. AHPL offers a wide range of tests, including CBC, LFT, KFT, cardiac profiles, ECG, X-ray, and ultrasound for animals. Specialized services such as infectious disease testing (e.g., Parvo, Distemper), parasitology and stool analysis, pregnancy monitoring, reproductive testing, and field sample collection help ensure comprehensive animal care across the state. Role Description The Customer Care Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The person in this role will respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing clear information about diagnostic services, test procedures, sample collection, and reports. They will handle appointment scheduling, coordinate with laboratory and field teams, and ensure timely communication of test results and follow-ups. The role involves addressing concerns from veterinarians, pet guardians, and institutional partners, maintaining service records, and supporting billing and basic documentation. The Customer Care Executive will contribute to a positive experience for all stakeholders by managing feedback, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting AHPL’s services where appropriate. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and manage client interactions professionally. Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through empathetic communication, timely responses, and a focus on service quality. Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English (knowledge of local languages is an advantage). Basic Sales skills to explain services, guide clients to suitable diagnostic options, and support cross-selling where appropriate. Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, veterinary services, diagnostics, or related fields. Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and basic office applications for data entry, record-keeping, and communication. Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with laboratory and field teams.
