Account Manager(Bilingual Mandarin Preferred)

Title: Account Manager
Salary: 110k-150k/yr
Location: New York (remote for now, will need to be fully on site after the office is prepared)
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the cross-border e-commerce and fashion industries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Understand and anticipate client requirements, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to drive customer satisfaction and account growth.
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and connecting with local vendors and merchants.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic account plans to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct regular account reviews and business meetings to assess client satisfaction, identify potential areas for improvement, and increase account retention.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to leverage market insights and provide value-added recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in cross-border e-commerce and fashion.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills to connect with local vendors and merchants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce industry and familiarity with the latest trends and technologies.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
