Strategic Site Partner

AbbVie seeks a Strategic Site Partner to develop and manage relationships with key clinical research institutions supporting the company's solid tumor and hematology pipelines. The role focuses on establishing strategic partnerships, driving operational efficiencies, and serving as the main liaison between AbbVie and investigative sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-specific engagement strategies for assigned investigative sites
• Build and maintain relationships with institution leadership, principal investigators, and clinical staff through direct engagement
• Proactively identify site needs and develop mitigation strategies to support trial acceleration
• Oversee performance metrics, conduct operational reviews, and evaluate key performance indicators with sites
• Communicate portfolio forecasts, study needs, and resource planning information to sites and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare or scientific field
• Minimum 10 years clinical research experience with demonstrated strategy and leadership competencies
• Prior relationship management experience preferred
• Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech industries, drug discovery and development processes
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build cross-functional alignment
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time for on-site engagements
