We’re looking for an entrepreneurial partner to run the day-to-day operations of Digital Marketing ABA.

\n

Ideally, you’ve already started a small digital marketing agency. You understand the work, have managed clients, and know what it takes to turn a promise into a finished project. You’re ready to build something bigger with the resources, team, and support behind you.

\n

Digital Marketing ABA helps ABA and pediatric therapy organizations grow through paid advertising, SEO, content, websites, and related marketing services.

\n

Our team provides the client pipeline, budget, systems, network, and resources to build a delivery team. We also handle financials, hiring, and payroll.

\n

You’ll lead the client relationships, coordinate the work, and make sure we deliver what we promised.

\n

What you’ll do

\n

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, from onboarding through ongoing updates and project reviews.

\n

• Understand each client’s goals and translate agreed work into clear priorities, briefs, timelines, and deliverables.

\n

• Coordinate the specialists delivering campaigns, content, websites, and other marketing services.

\n

• Review work for quality and keep projects moving toward their deadlines.

\n

• Explain results to clients, answer questions, manage expectations, and resolve problems.

\n

• Keep client communication, project status, and next steps organized and current.

\n

• Identify gaps in delivery, processes, or team capacity and work with us to address them.

\n

• Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-through.

\n

Who we’re looking for

\n

You have practical digital marketing experience and can speak confidently with clients about their marketing needs. You understand the work well enough to guide a team, evaluate its output, and ask useful questions.

\n

Experience starting or running your own agency is especially relevant. We’re interested in what you’ve built, the responsibilities you’ve taken on, and how you’ve handled challenges.

\n

You should bring:

\n

• Experience managing client relationships and coordinating marketing projects.

\n

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.

\n

• The judgment to prioritize work and make decisions without waiting for instructions on every step.

\n

• A willingness to take responsibility when something goes wrong and see the solution through.

\n

• The focus to make this business your full-time commitment.

\n

You don’t need to have built a large agency already. You do need to show that you can take initiative, deliver for clients, and keep improving.

Compensation and benefits

\n

Base compensation of $4,000 per month ($48,000 annually), plus a negotiated percentage of revenue.

No additional employer-provided benefits.

Location and commitment

\n

This is a full-time, in-person position at our office in Lake Bluff, Illinois. We’re looking for someone based on Chicago’s North Shore who can work from the office consistently.
