A leading law firm is looking to add an experienced Registered Funds Partner to its growing Investment Management practice.
\n \nThe firm is seeking a partner with a strong practice advising mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds and registered investment companies, with deep knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940, Investment Advisers Act and SEC regulations.
\n \nThe role will suit a partner with an established client base and strong relationships across asset managers, fund sponsors, investment advisers and registered funds. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to leverage a broader law firm platform while continuing to grow their own practice.
\n \nIdeal profile:
\n• Partner-level registered funds / investment management attorney
\n• Significant experience advising registered investment companies and asset managers
\n• Strong technical knowledge of the Investment Company Act and SEC regulatory framework
\n• Established client relationships and demonstrable business development capabilities
\n• Portable book of business preferred
\n• Entrepreneurial approach and interest in growing a market-leading practice
