Business Management AnalystThe US Wealth Operations Business Management Analyst supports the efficient administration and strategic execution of US Wealth Sales, Product, and Marketing operations. Reporting to the US Wealth Business Manager and working closely with the US Wealth COO and Head of US Wealth, this role manages business administration tasks and translates strategy into actionable plans while managing cross-functional initiatives across US Wealth and NAM International business teams.Operational Excellence Institute and administer best practices for US Wealth budget tracking, acting as a centralized point for all US Wealth teams expense management support. Process invoices for key vendor relationships, sponsorships, and industry conference events. Develop and maintain a centralized repository of US Wealth vendor relationships and contracts. Maintain current US Wealth organizational charts. Develop comprehensive knowledge of the sales commissions process to support operational oversight.Strategic Support & Analysis Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership. Conduct industry research to inform projects and strategic design. Collaborate across US Wealth functions to produce and maintain comprehensive business plans. Support sales forecasting processes in partnership with the Business Manager. Performance Management & Reporting Develop and maintain KPI reporting frameworks for strategic initiatives. Ensure business heads receive timely sales and activity reports.
