Salesforce Support Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support production operations, the full-time Salesforce Support Analyst will administer user access, manage production incidents, and provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support remotely. Key responsibilities Administer Salesforce access and manage user permissions to ensure secure access Triage and resolve production incidents while updating stakeholders on communications Monitor system performance using Dynatrace and facilitate root cause analysis for production issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including custom solutions and Service Cloud Experience with production incident management and root cause analysis processes Hands-on experience using Dynatrace for monitoring and event alerts Willingness to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance
