Operations Coordinator

Essential Functions

• Acts as a bridge between customers, owners and the Genesee Community Services leadership team
• Administrative duties that assist in the daily operations of Genesee Community Services such as, but not limited to:
  • Scheduling duties for clients and/or owners with both community clients as well as clinic clients
  • Assisting in the approval of authorizations for ABA clients in both the clinic and community
  • Entering PTO into MyPath's payroll system
  • Entering time worked for owners into MyPath's payroll system
  • Providing direct care staff with breaks as needed at the clinic location
  • Track and assist with onboarding and offboarding of owners and support training coordination
• Receives admission/referral information from customers and distributes the appropriate paperwork and sets up assessment along with the appropriate personnel
• Collaborates with leadership, works closely with leaders to better understand the needs of Genesee Community Services
• Ensure that all activities adhere to local, federal and company standards
• Observe, review, and analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, focus on productivity and streamline operations

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred and experience working with community based services and/or ABA
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, exercise good judgment, and effectively solve problems.
• Requires exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communications, and organizational skills.
• Remains calm under pressure and maintains self-composure/self-control in times of high stress.
• Possesses a valid Wisconsin Driver's license and maintains insurance on personal vehicle. Driving record must align with company insurability guidelines.
• Must be willing to work in the clinic setting 5 days a week
