Digital Marketing & Events Coordinator

Role Description

As our Digital Marketing & Events Coordinator, you'll coordinate end-to-end delivery of digital events, campaigns, and community initiatives while supporting marketing execution and operational excellence.

• Coordinate webinars, virtual events, workshops, and online experiences.
• Manage event timelines and project plans.
• Coordinate speakers and presenters.
• Support attendee communications.
• Manage registrations.
• Ensure smooth event delivery.
• Support and coordinate email campaigns, social media promotion, event launches, landing pages, registration funnels, community engagement, educational campaigns, and promotional calendars.
• Deliver exceptional attendee experiences and support community engagement.
• Respond professionally to enquiries and coordinate post-event communications.
• Gather attendee feedback to improve future experiences.
• Leverage AI to improve event planning, campaign creation, content development, communication, reporting, documentation, workflow optimization, community management, and customer support.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Operations, Customer Success, Executive Leadership, Designers, and Copywriters to deliver exceptional educational experiences.
• Continuously improve event quality, strengthen attendee engagement, optimize marketing performance, and improve documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event coordination, digital marketing, campaign management, customer experience, or community management.
• Experience coordinating webinars, virtual events, workshops, or educational programs.
• Strong project management capability.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management capability.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
• Experience using AI for campaign planning, email marketing, social media creation, event planning, customer communication, reporting, documentation, workflow optimization, community engagement, and marketing research.

Requirements

• Experience using ChatGPT and modern AI productivity platforms is expected.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded: GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Zoom Events, Webinar platforms, Email marketing, CRM systems, Community management, Marketing automation, Education, Health & wellbeing, AI products, Course launches, Event operations.

• Monthly Base Compensation: USD $750–$1,000 per month, depending on your experience, marketing capability, event coordination expertise, AI proficiency, and overall alignment with the role.
