e-billing specialist

Location: Tampa, FL: Hybrid — 3 days in office / 2 days remote after training Role: Direct Hire Pay: $65,000–$85,000 Position Overview Seeking an experienced E-Billing Specialist to oversee electronic billing for institutional clients and ensure invoices are submitted accurately, timely, and in compliance with client requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit high-volume electronic invoices Follow client billing guidelines and outside counsel requirements Set up new clients and matters within e-billing platforms Submit invoices, budgets, timekeeper rates, and accruals Monitor invoice acceptance, rejections, and reductions Research billing issues and submit appeals Respond to client billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate billing records and meet deadlines Support special billing projects as needed Qualifications 5+ years of legal e-billing experience; law firm experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of legal billing and e-billing processes Experience with TyMetrix 360, Collaborati, Passport/Datacert, Legal Tracker/Serengeti, or CounselLink Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflows Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
