What you will do:

• Review and process billing transactions with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with company policies and payer requirements.
• Reconcile financial data and investigate discrepancies between internal systems and external partners.
• Prepare adjustments, refunds, and corrections as needed to maintain clean, audit-ready records.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and external partners to resolve account variances.
• Identify opportunities to streamline billing workflows and improve efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data in accordance with corporate standards.

What we look for:

• 2+ years of billing, accounting, or reconciliation experience within healthcare or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, billing software, spreadsheets, and general financial systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, accountability, and process improvement.
