Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies and ongoing therapy interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Employ evidence-based practices and screening tools to effectively evaluate clients' needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each client’s unique challenges.

• Act as a liaison between clients and external service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to ensure comprehensive support and service continuity.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, representing the organization at relevant conferences and community events to enhance your expertise and visibility.

• Promote and uphold the agency’s mission, values, and standards through proactive communication and community engagement strategies.

• Complete other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that support our organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve at Be Connected Counseling LLC include individuals experiencing mental health disorders, those recovering from substance use, and clients with developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field is essential for this position.

• Current LMHC license recognized by the state of Washington is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
