Field Specialist (South East US)

General Autel, the global leader in automotive equipment, is seeking a high‑performing, self‑driven, sales minded professional to join our team in the role of ADAS Field Specialist in the SOUTH EAST. The candidate for this position will be responsible for executing actionable ADAS selling and training events in assigned territory. Represent Autel with all categories at shows, events, and daily interactions with customers. Direct customers to other categories and involve Autel category Management when needed. Will report directly to the Director of ADAS Sales. Responsibilities Increase sales with assigned territory for ADAS category. Execute market‑making events with both strategic distributor partners and Autel‑led with a minimum of 50 events in a calendar year. Enhance Autel brand and presence by establishing regular connectivity with distributor sales team in respective geography. Manage demo vehicle schedule and maintain overall upkeep for maximum impact. Serve as support and resource for both ADAS sales team as well as customer. Establish and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships. Hold training workshops for distributors and sales teams. Must attend key promotional events and trade shows. Collect, analyze, and report back changing industry trends as well as competitive activities. Participate with colleagues in sharing marketing intelligence about product opportunities that will grow sales to ADAS sales team. Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree and/or a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the automotive aftermarket. Must be able to demonstrate our products and teach others about Autel ADAS solutions. The ideal candidate would have experience in the automotive service and repair industry and be knowledgeable or coachable of market trends and emerging technological challenges facing shop owners. Previous automotive equipment sales or training experience a plus. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work in a team environment but is flexible and self‑motivated. Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast‑paced environment. Excellent PC skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent territory & time management skills. Professional appearance for both the individual and demo vehicle is a must. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and safe driving habits. Ability to learn new procedures and tasks quickly. Effective presentation skills are required. Ability to demonstrate products in one‑on‑one and group settings.
