Account Associate

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate for Trevor Behr State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

No prior experience is needed, as we are happy to help develop the skills needed to succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Help assist customers in generating quotes.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• No Insurance or sales experience needed 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be willing and able to obtain insurance license
