Patient Services Specialist

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join their growing team in Langhorne, PA. The primary responsibility of this position is to act as a key liaison between various insurance providers and patients to ensure the seamless delivery of vital services. This is a temp to perm opportunity with a great organization. Salary: $21 - $23 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 8 AM – 4:30 PM Education: High School (required) Responsibilities Documentation: Prepare work orders and obtain necessary documentation required by insurance companies and healthcare plans. Verification: Verify patient benefits and secure pre-certifications for services. Insurance Coordination: Utilize knowledge of diverse insurance company policies and procedures to process claims and requests. Customer Service: Provide exceptional, compassionate customer service to all patients. Workflow Management: Maintain a smooth flow of service, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Professionalism: Conduct yourself with high professional standards, including appropriate attire and communication. Ad‑Hoc Tasks: Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
