Overview

Apex Systems is seeking Technical Leads to support telecommunications deployment, stakeholder communications, scheduling coordination, and migration readiness activities for a major California public sector modernization initiative.


Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of technology project experience.
• Minimum three (3) years in a leadership or coordination role.
• Experience supporting technology deployment programs.
• Experience managing schedules and coordinating stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Telecommunications deployment experience.
• IP networking experience.
• NG911 program exposure.
• VoIP or carrier migration experience.
• Public safety communications projects.
• Government sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate migration schedules and stakeholder communications.
• Support testing and deployment activities.
• Track project activities and maintain status updates.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings and bridge calls.
• Maintain project documentation and communication logs.
• Coordinate with vendor teams and operational stakeholders.
• Assist with readiness planning and issue resolution.
