What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors at an aerospace and defense-related location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, authorizations, and visitor procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following applicable armed officer protocols and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required documentation related to patrols, incidents, access-control activities, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
