This Press Machine Operator will set up and operate mechanical, power, and hydraulic presses in a mixed production environment. This role will work with sheet metal, stamped parts, and formed components while collaborating with the production supervisor, operations supervisor, cell leader, manufacturing manager, machine operators, maintenance team, setup technicians, and quality team.
Responsibilities
- Set up mechanical, power, and hydraulic presses for production runs.
- Operate presses to produce stamped and formed components.
- Load sheet metal and other production materials into press equipment.
- Perform quality inspections of finished parts and components.
- Complete die changes and production changeovers.
- Monitor production processes and equipment performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in press machine operation.
