Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a recruiter to support our hiring team in driving hires across various geographies. You’ll work across a number of roles spanning different departments, owning candidate relationships end‑to‑end and making sure every candidate has a positive experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. What You Additionally Need To Know This is a hybrid role based in London and reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. What You’ll Be Responsible For Sourcing candidates through internal and external channels. Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications. Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to the appropriate job boards, publications, colleges, etc. Head‑hunting and recruiting candidates using databases, social media, and other channels. Screening resumes and applications, and conducting interviews using reliable recruiting and selection methods to keep candidates moving on schedule. Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices. Acting as a point of contact and building strong, influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process. Handling daily HR administrative duties, including maintaining records across data sources, monthly/ad‑hoc reporting, and P‑file management. Supporting ad‑hoc projects as needed. You Might Be a Good Fit If… You have at least 4 years of experience as a recruiter, in an agency or in‑house setting. You have hands‑on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.). You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are independent, well‑organized, and a self‑starter with enthusiasm and initiative. You are flexible working in a dynamic environment and comfortable interviewing candidates across different time zones. You have experience working with Greenhouse.
