(Bilingual) Claims Coordinator - Workers’ Compensation |

✅ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with workers’ compensation experience to support our Safety and Risk Management team.

✔ Key responsibilities include assisting with the intake, setup, tracking, and processing of workers’ compensation claims in compliance with state and federal regulations:

• Coordinating communication between injured employees, supervisors, HR, and safety leadership regarding work restrictions and return-to-work planning
• Supporting modified duty and return-to-work coordination
• Assisting with claim reviews, loss runs, and reporting/trend analysis
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Florida workers’ compensation statutes
• Maintaining confidentiality and accurate data entry within tracking systems
• Collaborating with HR, Payroll, Operations, and Safety teams on incident documentation and workplace accommodations

✔ Required Qualifications:

• CWCP, WCCP, or Florida Workers’ Compensation Adjuster License preferred OR 2–5 years of workers’ compensation claims experience with strong knowledge of Florida WC laws/processes
• Bilingual: English/Spanish
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and written/verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
