You will conduct routine foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, observe and report security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service to tenants and visitors. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed12:00 AM - 08:00 AMThur12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and maintain accurate logs and reports for security-related incidents, patrols, and shift activities. Communicate professionally with property personnel, tenants, visitors, and first responders while supporting a welcoming environment at the location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
