Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Providing evidence-based therapy focused on issues that affect family dynamics such as grief, conflict resolution, communication difficulties, and adjustments related to separation and divorce.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that may involve working with clients both individually and together with family members to address diverse challenges, including alcohol abuse, job stress, and medical issues.

• Maintaining detailed progress notes and treatment documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within our organization to ensure comprehensive treatment and support for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents from various backgrounds. As an LMFT, you will engage with individuals and families facing complex interpersonal issues, from blended family challenges to experiences of loss or trauma.
