Job Description We are seeking a motivated and people-focused HR Generalist to join our team for a 12-month contract assignment in Mount Juliet, TN. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys supporting employees, partnering with leadership, and contributing to a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about employee engagement, talent acquisition, HR operations, and workforce development. This role will support a variety of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, and HR administration. The HR Generalist will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives while ensuring a positive employee experience. This position offers valuable exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing workforce. What they will be doing / working on Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations activities in a manufacturing environment. Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation. Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns. Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and diversity & inclusion efforts. Participate in career fairs, recruiting events, and talent acquisition activities. Assist with training coordination, learning & development programs, and HR projects. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organizational and HR initiatives. Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance-related data. Provide administrative support to HR leadership as needed. Must Have Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field. HR operations and employee relations knowledge with a strong interest in Human Resources. Recruiting and onboarding experience or exposure to talent acquisition processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively. Customer-service orientation and a collaborative approach to supporting employees.
