Responsibilities
- Provide age-appropriate emergency nursing care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and continuous reassessments per policy
- Monitor hemodynamic status and interpret results; respond promptly to changes
- Administer, monitor, and discontinue IV fluids and medications with age- and condition-appropriate dosing
- Maintain accurate and complete nursing documentation: patient history, conditions, treatments, responses, and changes
- Collaborate with the charge nurse and care team; uphold professional behavior and guest services expectations
- Demonstrate ability to manage emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ED setting serving pediatric through geriatric patients
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills; proficient in nursing documentation
- Ability to work night shifts on a 12-hour schedule and to meet on-call or on-site requirements as determined by local administration
- Certifications and education required per local administration and governing bodies; willing to maintain required competencies and licensure
- Demonstrated commitment to professional standards and patient safety in emergency care
