Overview
Registered Nurse, ICU - Travel in Clearlake, CA. Start date September 14, 2026. Duration 13 weeks. Weekly pay $2,023–$2,106 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift 3x12-hour days. Setting: Critical Access Hospital; Travel - Temporary Assignment.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver patient care in the ICU for an adult to geriatric population, with age-appropriate assessment and interventions.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, manage alarms and monitoring devices, and assist with life-support equipment under physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians, bedside nurses, and the interdisciplinary team; provide clear communication with patients and families; document care in the electronic health record (EPIC).
- Adhere to unit standards, safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations; participate in quality improvement activities and ongoing professional development.
- No on-call requirement; participate in shift-based coverage and contribute to patient flow and discharge planning as appropriate.

Requirements
- Current California RN license.
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications; PALS and ACLS must be obtained within six months of hire; BLS required.
- Minimum two years of recent ICU experience; two years or more preferred.
- EPIC electronic medical record experience preferred; strong computer literacy.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Ability to perform in a high-acuity ICU setting with a 3x12-hour day shift schedule.
