Orthodontic Office Manager - The Village Orthodontics

The Village Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Office Manager to join our growing team in Kyle, TX! We are looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building a positive team culture while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Kyle, TX 78640

Qualifications:

Orthodontic experience required.
Leadership and management experience required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations.
Lead and support front and back office teams.
Help drive office performance and patient satisfaction.
Support training, coaching, and team development.
Maintain a positive and professional office environment.
