Business Development Representative

Job Title: Business Development Representative Job Type: Full - Time (Hybrid) Location: Cleveland, OH Overview: Our client is seeking a driven, hunter-mentality Business Development Representative (BDR) to help them own this emerging space. They offer a new technology solution for Assisted Living facilities. If you thrive in a high-velocity sales environment, love disruptive tech, and want to sell a solution that genuinely protects vulnerable adults while solving major operational headaches for facility owners, this is your platform. Compensation and Benefits: $60,000 - $80,000 per year plus commission 401k Paid Time Off What You'll Do: Target and book strategic meetings with key decision-makers, including Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and VPs of Operations at senior living organizations. Drive outbound prospecting through cold calling, strategic email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and post-conference follow-ups. Assess prospect needs, qualify decision-makers, and hand off clean, warm opportunities to Account Executives. Live in HubSpot to track every touchpoint, maintain data integrity, and keep the pipeline accurate and up to date. Requirements: Proven sales experience in senior care, home health, hospice, post-acute care, or medical alert / nurse-call systems. A proactive, self-starter drive—you love dialing, enjoy booking meetings, and never wait around for inbound leads. Comfort and confidence speaking directly with healthcare operators and navigating past gatekeepers.
