KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Kitchen Captain Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen, making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right. You’re the go-to for keeping things smooth, efficient, and up to standard. Culinary Commander Keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork. From stocking supplies to supporting service, you know your way around the kitchen and keep it ready for action. Safety & Smarts You’re all about safe practices and smart decisions—handling lost items with care, managing access to sensitive areas, and making sure health standards are never compromised. Clean & Compliant Sanitation is your superpower. You make sure every surface, tool, and space is spotless and up to code, keeping the kitchen clean and the team proud.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or a similar field, including a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience. Knowledge of food and beverage service operations is preferred Complies with certification requirements as applicable for position to include: Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by applicable state regulations.
