Make a Meaningful Impact Be part of a 15-bed Level IIIA NICU with an ADC of 10 - the only one within a 70-mile radius, serving as a lifeline for South Central Washington . Support a diverse and growing population with ~2,500 births annually and referrals from 5 critical access hospitals and a larger rural hospital. Join a NICU with over 40 years of trusted service , now actively expanding and innovating in partnership with high-level OB and MFM providers. Tools to Deliver Excellent Care Provide care using conventional mechanical ventilation and bubble CPAP . High-frequency ventilation and iNO are not currently offered. Collaborative, Supportive Environment Work with a full team of therapists (SLP, OT, PT) providing neurodevelopmental assessments and developmentally supportive care. Our staffing model is aiming for 3 Neos/2.3 NNPs to provide 24/7 in-house coverage . Neos would cover daytime and NNPs the nighttime. Participate in weekly interdisciplinary meetings with our sister practice in Spokane-featuring journal clubs, M&M conferences, and clinical guideline reviews. Qualifications Current APRN national specialty certification Minimum of a master's degree Benefits and Compensation Pay Range (Base Pay) : $110,000 - $140,000 Other Types of Pay : Bonus potential.
