Facilities Maintenance Worker
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to support our facilities team in day-to-day building operations, general maintenance, and event support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot basic facility issues and develop practical solutions on-site
- Support building operations, including maintenance of doors, lighting, furniture, and minor plumbing
- Maintain building cleanliness and exterior grounds (sidewalks, washing, debris removal)
- Complete routine inspections of elevators, generators, wheelchair lifts, and fire extinguishers
- Assist with event setup, teardown, and day-of coordination with minimal disruption
- Respond to and complete Facilities work orders (moves, replacements, restocking)
- Provide general support to the facilities team as needed, including occasional after-hours work
Qualifications:
- Experience in building maintenance or a similar role preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic facility issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
