The Patient Service Representative (PSR) - WH role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answers telephones, schedules appointments, and performs other overall general office duties as assigned. The PSR will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with the federal, state and MaineHealth confidentiality policies. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High School diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Six months of medical office related experience and/or training preferred. The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $19.87 to $23.75 per hour.
