As a Patient Service Representative (PSR) at MaineHealth Primary Care – Family Medicine – Belfast, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the helpful voice that guides them through their care. Schedule appointments, answer questions, and ensure every patient feels welcome and supported from the moment they walk through the door. Responsibilities Greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner. Answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform general office duties. Collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with confidentiality policies. Minimum Qualifications / KSAs Education: High School diploma or GED preferred. Experience: Six months of medical office related experience and/or training preferred. Licenses/Certifications: N/A Additional Information Full-time position, 40 hours per week; day shifts. Eligibility for a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates; bonus prorated for part-time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Note: This role requires adherence to confidentiality policies.
