Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry

• Interpret EKGs and manage medication titration
• Administer and adjust Cardizem and heparin drips
• Provide care for patients with various heart and lung conditions
• Collaborate with charge nurses and patient care techs
• Float to other general medical units as needed

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry

• Active IL nursing license or application in process
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Strong skills in EKG interpretation and medication titration
