You'll thrive in this role if you bring executive presence, strategic clarity, and a passion for building elegant, high-impact digital products in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.### Key Responsibilities* Define and lead the UI development strategy for Nasdaq's Generative AI products, ensuring alignment with broader engineering and business objectives.* Inspire, develop, and empower a team of UI engineers to deliver responsive, accessible, and high-performance web and mobile experiences.* Partner with engineering, product, and design leadership to align on architecture, API integration strategy, and delivery roadmaps.* Champion engineering excellence by establishing standards for code quality, testing, and scalable development practices.* Drive application performance, reliability, and scalability across web and mobile platforms.* Contribute to cross-functional roadmap planning and the broader technology strategy for the Generative AI organization.### Required Qualifications* Extensive leadership experience in UI or front-end engineering, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing development teams.* Demonstrated success in setting technical vision and delivering complex, production-grade web and mobile applications.* Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across engineering, product, and design functions at a senior level.* Deep expertise in modern front-end development, including component-based frameworks and TypeScript-based ecosystems.* Proven ability to manage delivery timelines, balance competing priorities, and drive outcomes in complex, matrixed environments.* Exceptional communication skills with experience engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders globally.### Preferred Qualifications* Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Computer Science) or equivalent senior leadership training.* Experience in financial technology, capital markets, or other regulated, high-availability environments.* Familiarity with emerging AI/ML technologies and their application in consumer-facing digital products.*This position can be located in Atlanta or Denver, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.***Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; Nasdaq will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)****Come as You Are**Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
