Engineering Services Department Administrative Support

The Village of Carol Stream seeks a motivated professional with strong organizational & customer service skills to manage the day-to-day administrative support of our Engineering Services Department. Responsibilities include independently providing a wide variety of routine and complex administrative functions, maintaining departmental reports and records, scheduling and tracking appointments, and general customer service to Village residents, businesses, employees and the public.

Qualified individuals must possess the following:

• High school degree, or equivalent supplemented by training in office skills and/or general business courses.
• 3 years of professional secretarial experience in an office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Prior experience within an Engineering environment preferred.
