- Experience working as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, Assistant Controller, or Controller
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Finance considered with strong accounting background)
- 3–5 years of Construction Accounting experience
- Experience with:
- Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Loan management/construction financing
- General accounting
- Multi-entity/company accounting experience
- Bank reconciliations
- Weekly payroll processing
- Vendor compliance/vendor management

- Take ownership of the full accounting cycle, including month-end close, financial reporting, and accounting operations
- Expand your expertise in construction accounting, loan management, multi-entity accounting, and cross-functional finance
- Work closely with experienced leadership in a collaborative, team-oriented environment that values initiative and accountability
- Enjoy broad exposure beyond traditional accounting with opportunities to grow into higher-level accounting and finance responsibilities
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Prepare financial packages for management review.
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage loan accounting and construction financing activities.
- Process weekly payroll and support vendor compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate accounting processes across multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Identify process improvements and support additional accounting and finance projects as needed.
- Experience working as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, Assistant Controller, or Controller
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Finance considered with strong accounting background)
- 3–5 years of Construction Accounting experience
- Experience with:
- Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Balance sheet reconciliations

- General accounting
