Assistant Team Leader Real Estate

What We Offer OTE: $95,000+ based on performance Responsibilities Support agent retention, engagement, onboarding, and overall experience Build strong relationships with agents and leadership teams Assist with recruiting conversations, follow-up, and onboarding coordination Support Business Center communication, culture, and agent connection Help agents identify the right resources, coaching, training, or leadership support Track follow-up, recruiting activity, and agent communication Support Career Night, KSCORE, onboarding, and leadership initiatives as needed Assist with team matching, referrals, and agent transition support Maintain consistent communication with agents and leadership Operational Responsibilities The role also requires strong operational and organizational skills. The Assistant Team Leader will support systems, processes, reporting, and communication across the Market Center. Candidates should be comfortable learning and using technology platforms and operational systems, including: CRM systems (CommandMC) Document management systems (DotLoop) Microsoft Office / MS Suite Calendly, KPA, and related business tools Qualifications Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Organized with strong follow‑through and accountability Comfortable having direct, supportive conversations Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently Growth‑minded and adaptable Real estate experience preferred Keller Williams experience preferred, but not required Compensation $95,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Keller Williams Prosperity Realty
