Sr. UX Researcher

Duration: Long term Contract. Roles and Responsibilities: - Collaborative Strategy: Partner with cross-functional peers to execute the roadmap, validate assumptions, and refine product direction. Synthesizing & Triangulating Insights : Provide qualitative insights and triangulate them with quantitative signals, customer support logs, feature requests, and product analytics to build comprehensive, evidence-backed perspectives on user needs. Facilitation & Socialization: Facilitate collaborative design thinking sessions to uncover deeper insights through cross-functional engagement, while actively socializing findings to build empathy across partner teams. Collaborate with AI: Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to boost research efficiency and uncover deeper insights, balancing speed with human judgment to ensure high standards for quality and ethics. Required Skills: - Cross-Functional Partnership: Prove experience building strong relationships with Design and Product peers, moving teams from “what we learned” to “how we improve.” 10+ years of experience : You have a track record of delivering impactful insights for complex platforms in UX research, idealy in fintech or SaaS. Strong Execution: You plan and execute end-to-end research studies using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods with proficiency. AI-Forward Mindset: You take a hands-on, experimental approach to AI, applying these tools to drive efficiency while maintaining rigorous data privacy standards. Operational & Practice Excellence: Champion research rigor and elevate team quality by defining, refining, and expanding internal methodologies, processes, templates, and artifacts. Stakeholder Partnership: You serve as a strategic advisor to Product and Design leaders, drawing on your deep experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
