What You’ll Be Doing Supervise and mentor a team across laser cutting, deburring, bending and welding. Manage production flow to ensure optimal inventory levels and on‑time deliveries. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to management, troubleshooting production or quality challenges as needed. Maintain a clean, safe workplace and enforce OSHA standards. Train team members to meet production goals and deliver high‑quality output. Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with various departments to execute the production schedule and ensure smooth operations. Requirements What We’re Looking For 1+ years of experience as a Metal Fabrication Lead (or similar role). Hands‑on experience with welding, robotic welding, press brakes, laser cutting, and other fabrication equipment. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team building. Knowledge of ERP systems and performance metrics. A knack for problem‑solving and improving production processes. A detail‑oriented approach, ensuring top‑tier quality in all aspects of production. A passion for off‑road vehicles and manufacturing is a plus! Schedule: 8‑hour shifts with the potential for overtime as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
