About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: PCU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Medical ICU experience in a large facility. Comfortable with hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management. Critical thinking, flexibility, and the ability to work well with others. Advanced skills in ventilator management, critical care pharmacology, advanced hemodynamic monitoring, and central line management. Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Progressive Care Unit. This is a night shift role with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. The unit consists of 10 beds with a ratio of 2:1 for ICU and 4-5:1 for PCU. Staffing on the night shift includes 1 Charge RN and 5 Staff RNs. The unit is equipped with the latest technology, including ventilators and IV pumps. Documentation is conducted through our electronic system. Bedside shift reports are mandatory in all areas. Relief charge nurses are expected to perform rounding. The ideal candidate will assist providers with bedside procedures as needed.
