Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand client needs and barriers, informing individual treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically tailored for clients in detoxification.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, ensuring client safety during pivotal moments of care.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with medical professionals, case managers, and community resource representatives to streamline support and referrals.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation consistent with Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) practices and compliance regulations.

• Participate in regular case review meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions to ensure holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is to support clients undergoing detoxification from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our clients often face complex challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. By offering tailored therapeutic interventions, the LCSW plays a critical role in facilitating recovery and fostering resilience within this vulnerable population.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active LCSW license in good standing within the state of Tennessee.
