Our work setting is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that client needs are met effectively. While most interactions occur virtually, the outpatient office environment allows for a supportive professional community. Our working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on our clients' needs and schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for each client using evidence-based practices. Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices in mental health care.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective interventions tailored to patient needs.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, promoting integrity and accountability in patient care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists, participating actively in treatment planning and care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and valid license to practice in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential.

• Proficient in solution-based psychotherapy methodologies and able to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of clients.
