What You'll Need

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent healthcare degree alongside ASC/AMT certification preparation.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification to be achieved within your first year of employment.
