Miami, FL | Hybrid (2 days in office / 3 days remote)

An established and growing independent wealth management firm serving high-net-worth clients is seeking a proven business development professional to drive new client growth and play a meaningful role in the firm’s continued expansion.

What You’ll Do

Build and close relationships with HNW prospective clients
Own the full prospect-to-close process and drive new AUM
Build a self-generated pipeline and professional referral relationships
Leverage firm marketing resources, events, and inbound opportunities
Represent the firm through networking and conferences

What’s Offered

$120,000-125,000 base + performance-based compensation tied to AUM, including a three-year trial
2 days in office / 3 days remote
Fully paid medical + comprehensive benefits
Strong advisory and marketing support

What You Bring

3+ years of wealth management or financial-services business development experience
Proven success generating and closing new business
Strong consultative relationship-building skills
Bachelor’s Degree; CFP or MBA a plus
Must be within a 45-minute commute to Miami, FL
