Litigation Associate (Plaintiff Side)

A rapidly growing litigation law firm focused on plaintiff's side labor and employment law is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate. The firm consists of personable, published, and well-known trial attorneys and a group of extraordinary individuals who act as a cohesive team to achieve incredible results for its clients. Looking for open-minded, collaborative and eager individuals. Litigation Associate Attorney (Plaintiffs Employment) Responsibilities - Conducting legal research on various employment law issues to support cases, client consultations, and legal opinions. Analyzing statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal sources to provide informed advice and strategies Drafting legal documents such as complaints, answers, motions, and briefs Maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Assisting senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing witnesses Other similar tasks Benefits- Medical, Dental, Vision PTO Hybrid or Full Remote Bonus 401K Qualifications - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in employment litigation MUST be licensed in California Have strong writing and research skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
