Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Overview Requisition Number: 227472 Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position that focuses on customer service and sales within an existing customer base. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professional and safe work practices. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills and Qualifications Required DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Candidates must: Have an active driver’s license Be at least 21 years of age Obtain a DOT medical certification Provide documentation of previous employment All successful candidates will also possess: The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position A high school diploma, GED, or military service A strong customer service orientation Self‑motivation and teamwork skills A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit Compensation Estimated total compensation ranges from $45,000 to $90,000 per year, combining base salary and earned commissions.
