Service & Sales Receptionist

We are seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Service & Sales Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients - whether they're visiting for vehicle service or shopping for their next Mercedes-Benz.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Customer Interaction

• Greeting all clients warmly in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming environment
• Direct clients to the appropriate department or team member (Sales, Service, Parts, Finance)
• Answer incoming calls promptly, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages

Service Department Support

• Check in service customers and assist with appointment confirmations
• Provide general information about service offerings and coordinate with service advisors
• Notify clients when their vehicles are ready and assist with payment processing if needed
• Process financial transaction
• Assist with administrative tasks

Sales Department Support

• Welcome showroom visitors, introducing them to available sales associates
• Registering showroom visitors in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Support the sales team in serving our customers

Administrative & General Duties

• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Assist with light data entry, appointment scheduling, and filing
• Support dealership evens, client appreciation days, and special promotions as needed

Skills Required

• Must be prompt and on time
• Excellent communication skills
• Manage Cash Register & Deposits
• Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite or be willing to learn
• Outgoing, Friendly, Courteous personality
• Able to multi-task several processes at once
• Ability to thrive in a fast, paced environment
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance at all time

Hours of Operation

The position operates on rotating shifts: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
